"We prefer to sell our product at farmers' markets because of our personal knowledge of our products. For many generations, our families have farmed our land for over 100 years. Customers know our farm and make the connection between our products and our farm. They want first-hand information from the farmer. I couldn't hire someone to say yes, I made the product myself and follow the product every step of the way from the ground to the final sale. Selling at a farmers' market is all about trust and personal service. We always leave the market with a list of products that we need to bring next week and we will do everything to accommodate the customer's requests. Only the farmer can make this promise and deliver upon it."
