Group purchase package of $325 per annum for up to $2 million
coverage. The insurance package is available to Markets that are
either voting or associate members. For further information click

Lobbying
The BCAFM is prepared to lobby the Provincial Government on
issues brought to our attention by our members that affect
Farmers' Markets in British Columbia.
Free Website Promotion
As Farmers' Markets become more popular, many shoppers want to
know where a Farmers' Market is held close to where they live or
are visiting. Our website market
directory will tell them your market hours, location, and
contact info. For member markets, a detailed description will also
be displayed if provided. If your Market
has a website, we'll link it as well (members only).
In the future, as we develop funding, we would like to
provide:
Free Brochure Promotion
Just like the website, we would print thousands of brochures
annually listing Markets throughout the province. This brochure
would be distributed to Chambers of Commerce, libraries and
recreation centres throughout BC.
Reduced Annual Conference Fees
Our annual conference is a great place to meet other farmers,
market managers and learn a thing or two about selling at Farmers'
Markets. The conference is held yearly in February or March.
